In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication regarding shipments and operational updates.
As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high levels of client satisfaction by resolving inquiries efficiently and coordinating with internal logistics teams. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $3,200 – $4,500 per month and a chance to work within a dynamic multinational environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding shipment status, tracking, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with warehouse and transport departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
- Resolve customer complaints and logistical issues promptly to maintain high retention rates.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system and internal databases.
- Assist in preparing shipping documentation, including invoices and delivery notes.
- Communicate effectively with international clients and vendors to facilitate smooth operations.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve service processes and customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in any field, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
