Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and monitor end-to-end airfreight shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage booking requests, tracking, and tracing of shipments to provide accurate status updates to clients.
  • Liaise effectively with airlines, overseas agents, and internal teams to resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Ensure full compliance with international airfreight regulations and internal quality standards.
  • Prepare and verify necessary shipping documentation, including airway bills and customs-related paperwork.
  • Proactively address client inquiries and resolve complaints regarding shipment status or delivery delays.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and efficient issue resolution.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a related customer service role.
  • Strong understanding of airfreight operations, incoterms, and global logistics workflows.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple shipments concurrently.
  • Customer-centric approach with a proven track record of maintaining positive stakeholder relationships.
