RecruitPedia Pte Ltd is looking for a motivated Customer Service Executive to become a key part of our Logistics & Order Management team in the vibrant West Region of Singapore. In this position, you will serve as the main point of contact for our clients, handling order inquiries, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Your responsibilities will involve close collaboration with warehouse, procurement, and transportation teams to maintain seamless operations and uphold our reputation for excellence in customer service.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage endâtoâend order processing from order receipt to delivery confirmation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, escalations, and providing status updates.
- Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and procurement teams to resolve orderârelated issues and optimize fulfillment.
- Maintain and update records in the ERP system, generate reports, and track key performance indicators.
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Support the implementation of new logistics technologies and training initiatives as required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1â3 years of experience in a customer service or order management role within logistics or distribution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP or order management systems (e.g., SAP).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus.
- Excellent problemâsolving abilities and a proactive attitude towards issue resolution.
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Team player with a customerâcentric mindset and attention to detail.
