In this pivotal role, you'll manage end-to-end coordination for Full Container Load (FCL) and Less than Container Load (LCL) export shipments, ensuring smooth documentation, timely carrier negotiations, and proactive client communication. You'll collaborate with ocean carriers, hauliers, and internal teams to optimize shipping routes while maintaining compliance with international trade regulations. Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate FCL/LCL export shipments from booking to delivery
  • Manage client communications for inquiries, documentation, and shipment status updates
  • Liaise with ocean carriers and hauliers for timely vessel and truck scheduling
  • Prepare and verify commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents
  • Resolve shipment discrepancies and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate shipment tracking records in logistics management systems
  • Support customs clearance procedures and regulatory compliance
  • Identify process improvements to enhance service efficiency

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience in logistics/transportation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software (e.g., TMS)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Knowledge of INCOTERMS and export documentation requirements
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Attention to detail with numerical accuracy
