Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate FCL/LCL export shipments from booking to delivery
- Manage client communications for inquiries, documentation, and shipment status updates
- Liaise with ocean carriers and hauliers for timely vessel and truck scheduling
- Prepare and verify commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents
- Resolve shipment discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate shipment tracking records in logistics management systems
- Support customs clearance procedures and regulatory compliance
- Identify process improvements to enhance service efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
- 1-3 years of customer service experience in logistics/transportation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software (e.g., TMS)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Knowledge of INCOTERMS and export documentation requirements
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Attention to detail with numerical accuracy
