- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both Mandarin and English
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies

Kualifikasi
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal)
