Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in manufacturing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
