Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by providing creative and effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects or team initiatives to improve overall service quality.
- Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent professional certification.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using MS Office suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.
- A proactive attitude with a strong focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
- Must be available to work on a 5-day work week schedule.
