Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues by providing creative and effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM database.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent professional certification.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.
