Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through CRM systems
- Liaise with production facilities to ensure timely delivery of products
- Provide pre-sales support by answering product inquiries and specifications
- Deliver post-sales services including order tracking and issue resolution
- Maintain detailed customer records and update CRM databases
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams for shipment coordination
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer experience
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours if required
