We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team in Penang Island, Penang.
In this role, you will be the face of Optimax, driving sales initiatives and ensuring every patient receives the highest standard of service. You will collaborate closely with our clinical and administrative teams to create a seamless and memorable patient experience, contributing directly to our mission of excellence in eye care.

Tanggung Jawab
- Implement sales plans and strategies to achieve clinic targets.
- Ensure a consistently high standard of customer service across all interactions.
- Handle patient inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups with professionalism.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling eye care services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and empathetically.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality and patient satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written).
- Willing to work in Penang Island, Penang.
