Tanggung Jawab

  • Implement sales plans and strategies to achieve clinic targets.
  • Ensure a consistently high standard of customer service across all interactions.
  • Handle patient inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups with professionalism.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling eye care services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and empathetically.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality and patient satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written).
  • Willing to work in Penang Island, Penang.
