Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high volumes of customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism.
- Coordinate and confirm booking schedules for home cleaning services efficiently.
- Address client concerns and feedback promptly to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
- Maintain accurate client logs and booking records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with operations teams to resolve scheduling conflicts or service issues.
- Provide product and service information to potential and existing customers.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management while ensuring appropriate follow-up.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a customer service, call center, or support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high productivity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard office productivity tools (Google Workspace/MS Office).
- High attention to detail, especially regarding scheduling and administrative tasks.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing workflows and operational requirements.
