  • Manage high volumes of customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism.
  • Coordinate and confirm booking schedules for home cleaning services efficiently.
  • Address client concerns and feedback promptly to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
  • Maintain accurate client logs and booking records in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to resolve scheduling conflicts or service issues.
  • Provide product and service information to potential and existing customers.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior management while ensuring appropriate follow-up.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in a customer service, call center, or support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high productivity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and standard office productivity tools (Google Workspace/MS Office).
