Tanggung Jawab
- Manage customer inquiries and provide real-time shipment tracking updates for sea freight consignments
- Calculate and communicate accurate freight rates, surcharges, and transit times to clients
- Prepare and verify critical shipping documents including Bills of Lading, customs declarations, and certificates of origin
- Coordinate with carriers, customs authorities, and warehouse personnel to resolve shipment delays and issues
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and service excellence
- Analyze operational efficiency and recommend improvements for freight forwarding processes
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in customer service with sea freight or logistics industry exposure
- Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office Suite (Excel essential for rate calculations)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs procedures, and maritime shipping regulations
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with multilingual capability preferred
- Proven problem-solving abilities and experience handling shipment disruptions
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in time-sensitive environments
