Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, residents, and council members regarding strata-related inquiries and feedback.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints, inquiries, and service requests efficiently and in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with operations, maintenance teams, and external contractors to ensure timely resolution of estate issues.
- Assist in the administration of strata management records, including maintaining resident databases and updating service logs.
- Facilitate smooth handovers and transition processes for new property owners and residents.
- Organize and support the preparation of Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and council meetings, including drafting correspondence and notices.
- Ensure compliance with the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA) and internal company guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management (prior experience in Strata Management is highly advantageous).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of resolving conflict and handling challenging situations calmly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency is a plus to liaise with diverse residents.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and property management software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A proactive team player who can work independently under minimal supervision.
