Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor all supply chain activities to ensure operational efficiency
- Manage inventory levels and optimize stock turnover to prevent shortages or overstocking
- Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Handle customer inquiries related to order status, delivery timelines, and product availability
- Prepare and analyze supply chain performance reports for management review
- Implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
- Maintain accurate documentation of transactions and communications
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain coordination or customer service role
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Excellent communication skills for both internal and external stakeholder interactions
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems
