Syspex is a leading distributor of packaging engineering solutions. We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive (Technical) to join our dynamic team in Joo Koon. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical excellence and outstanding customer care, ensuring our B2B clients receive top-tier support for their packaging systems and machinery.

You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot first-line technical issues, and coordinate with the engineering team to deliver seamless service. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries regarding technical products, machinery, and packaging solutions.
  • Provide first-level technical troubleshooting and product guidance to B2B clients via phone, email, and portal.
  • Coordinate with field engineering and technical service teams to schedule maintenance, installations, and urgent repairs.
  • Process service orders, spare parts requests, and maintenance contracts accurately in the ERP system.
  • Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in the CRM database.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure technical issues are resolved satisfactorily and maintain high satisfaction rates.
  • Collaborate with the sales department to identify upselling opportunities for spare parts or service agreements.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial), Business, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical customer service, B2B helpdesk support, or client relations.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex machinery and industrial equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Proficiency in CRM databases, ERP software, and standard office applications.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work at our location in Joo Koon, West Region.
