Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end client communications regarding export and import shipments.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal logistics/warehouse teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Proactively monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to clients.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, queries, or shipment discrepancies with professional urgency.
- Prepare and review essential export-import documentation to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain accurate customer records and service interaction logs within the company CRM.
- Collaborate with operations teams to optimize service workflows and improve customer satisfaction ratings.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably within the Export-Import or Freight Forwarding industry.
- Strong understanding of shipping documents (BL, Invoice, Packing List, PIB/PEB).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- High attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Proven ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
