Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and data entry.
  • Process financial records, expense reports, and invoices with high accuracy.
  • Handle client and customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional, empathetic manner.
  • Assist in the reconciliation of accounts and ensure financial compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain clear and organized records of all customer interactions and financial transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations and workflows.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service and basic bookkeeping or finance-related administrative roles.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks).
