We are currently seeking a highly motivated and professional Customer Service / Front Desk Executive to join our expanding team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional patient experience from the moment they arrive.

You will be responsible for managing patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth front desk operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage front desk reception and greet patients warmly and professionally.
- Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with efficiency.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments accurately using dental software.
- Maintain and update patient records in compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and issue receipts.
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing and inventory management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in any field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or front desk roles.
- Strong proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent computer literacy, including MS Office and Dental Practice Management Systems.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced medical setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive and customer-oriented attitude.
