- Warmly welcome and greet all guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Efficiently manage Padel court reservations, including booking, modification, and cancellation requests via our digital system.
- Process payments accurately for court rentals, equipment, merchandise, and other services using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Provide comprehensive information regarding Padel rules, facility amenities, services, and membership options.
- Assist guests with equipment rental and sales, ensuring proper inventory management and display.
- Proactively address guest inquiries, resolve minor issues, and handle feedback with professionalism and a problem-solving approach.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the front desk, lobby, and common areas.
- Promote special events, tournaments, and promotional offers to enhance guest engagement and facility utilization.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in a customer service, front desk, or hospitality role, ideally within a sports, recreation, or leisure facility.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to assist and engage with guests.
- Proficiency in using booking software, Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, and standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive and calm demeanor, demonstrating effective problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as per operational needs.
- A passionate interest in sports, particularly Padel, is highly regarded.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; strong command of English is a significant advantage for international guests.
