Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests and travelers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area at all times.
- Handle POS operations, including accurate order taking and payment processing.
- Prepare and serve food or products according to company quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and store hygiene protocols.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or Senior High School diploma holder.
- Previous experience in food service, retail, or hospitality is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Energetic, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional grooming and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work within the NAIA Complex area.
