We are currently seeking a highly motivated Reservation Staff member fluent in Mandarin to serve as the primary point of contact for our international clientele. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the guest journey, ensuring seamless booking experiences and delivering exceptional hospitality that reflects the prestige of our course.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process daily golf reservations via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
- Provide professional, bilingual support to international guests, with a focus on Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Coordinate with the operations team to manage buggy and tee-time scheduling effectively.
- Maintain an accurate and organized reservation database to ensure optimal course occupancy.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a professional and welcoming attitude.
- Assist in the promotion of golf packages and member services to incoming guests.
- Generate daily and weekly reservation reports for the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin is mandatory; proficiency in English and Indonesian is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in reservation management, customer service, or hospitality is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, service-driven mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and reservation software.
- Well-groomed, professional demeanor, and high integrity.
