Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or team leadership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of the travel industry and customer service best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications
