  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
  • Process customer orders accurately, verifying details and ensuring proper documentation.
  • Maintain and organize shared inboxes to ensure no customer request falls through the cracks.
  • Enter and update CRM/ERP data to reflect current customer statuses and order histories.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and support sales conversion efforts.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and provide solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Assist in generating sales reports and analyzing customer feedback for process improvement.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or support roles.
  • Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ERP systems.
  • Strong command of the English language with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to service.
