Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Process customer orders accurately, verifying details and ensuring proper documentation.
- Maintain and organize shared inboxes to ensure no customer request falls through the cracks.
- Enter and update CRM/ERP data to reflect current customer statuses and order histories.
- Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and support sales conversion efforts.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and provide solutions that exceed expectations.
- Assist in generating sales reports and analyzing customer feedback for process improvement.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or support roles.
- Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ERP systems.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to service.
