Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels with professionalism and accuracy
- Provide sales support by explaining product specifications, availability, and pricing structures
- Track and monitor order processing through ERP systems to ensure timely fulfillment
- Coordinate logistics activities including shipment scheduling and carrier communication
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM databases
- Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to resolve service issues
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for customer service workflows
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of B2B customer service principles
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
