As an intern, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive world-class support. We are looking for candidates available for a 3 to 6-month commitment who are eager to develop their communication, problem-solving, and professional soft skills. You will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining insights into consumer behavior and operational management in one of Malaysia's most dynamic companies.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assist the customer service team in resolving product-related queries and technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update databases in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex service issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide administrative support for daily department operations.
  • Gather customer feedback to contribute to ongoing service improvement initiatives.
  • Adhere to company policies and service level agreements (SLAs) to maintain high customer satisfaction scores.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality, or any related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu (proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage).
  • Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to remain calm, patient, and positive under pressure.
  • Good analytical skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Must be able to commit to an internship duration of 3 to 6 months.
  • Highly reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset.
