Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via Live Chat and Email promptly and professionally in both English and Chinese.
  • Identify customer needs, troubleshoot problems, and provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
  • Document all interactions in the CRM system to ensure accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments while ensuring the customer is updated on the progress.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve processes and contribute to a positive, high-performance environment.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer questions and resolve issues.
  • Meet or exceed key performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in any field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Must be fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken) to handle multilingual clients.
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment.
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, Google Suite). Experience with CRM software is a plus.
