Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding shipment status and order management.
- Process Delivery Orders (DO) and maintain meticulous records in the system.
- Liaise with warehouse staff and transport partners to resolve logistical discrepancies.
- Prepare and generate shipping documentation and daily operational reports.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to address supply chain bottlenecks.
- Provide administrative support to the logistics manager to ensure smooth day-to-day departmental functions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent certification.
- Prior experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain administration is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle client queries professionally.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively to team goals.
- Willingness to work in the West Region.
