Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end order-to-invoice operations with precision and timeliness
- Oversee logistics data integrity, reporting, and analytics for operational insights
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards
- Develop and implement standardized processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Proactively identify and resolve logistics bottlenecks and customer service issues
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and finance teams for seamless coordination
- Generate performance reports and recommend data-driven improvements
Kualifikasi
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in logistics operations or customer service
- Strong process optimization and standardization skills
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex operational issues
- Detail-oriented with exceptional data management capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration preferred
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is advantageous
