Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries regarding orders, tracking numbers, and delivery schedules.
- Manage and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs paperwork.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve logistics issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff to prevent stockouts.
- Update and maintain customer databases and logistics records with precision.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service and logistics coordination.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficient in using computer applications, specifically Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of local shipping regulations in the Philippines is preferred.
