Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee entire export customer service lifecycle from order processing to final delivery
- Manage export documentation including letters of credit, commercial invoices, and shipping bills
- Coordinate logistics operations with freight forwarders and shipping carriers
- Act as primary liaison for international clients, resolving inquiries and complaints
- Analyze customer service metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Train and mentor customer service teams on export procedures and soft skills
- Collaborate with sales, production, and warehouse teams for seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 5 years customer service experience with 2+ years in management
- Proven expertise in export documentation and international trade regulations
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal/written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Experience in food/beverage manufacturing industry preferred
