In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary bridge between our production capabilities and our valued clients.
As the Customer Service Manager, you will lead the charge in managing complex sales orders, fostering long-term relationships with VIP stakeholders, and ensuring that our service delivery remains world-class. You will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, including logistics and production, to resolve bottlenecks and guarantee that our aluminium products meet the precise standards our global customers expect. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end sales order management process, ensuring 100% accuracy from entry to delivery.
- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for VIP and key accounts, providing personalized support and proactive communication.
- Coordinate seamlessly with production and logistics departments to optimize delivery timelines and service quality.
- Analyze customer feedback and operational data to identify areas for service process improvement.
- Resolve high-level customer grievances and order discrepancies with a professional, solution-oriented mindset.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and mentor junior staff to foster a high-performance customer support culture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service management, preferably within the manufacturing or heavy industry sector.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and influence internal processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-moving, industrial environment.
