Join Rockwool as a Customer Service Manager and lead our customer operations across Malaysia and Singapore. This strategic role requires you to oversee the entire customer service lifecycle, ensuring seamless order processing, accurate invoicing, and timely complaint resolution while driving continuous process improvements. You'll be pivotal in optimizing SAP integration to enhance operational efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction. As a key leader, you'll mentor your team to deliver exceptional service standards while fostering strong relationships with internal departments and external partners. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and develop the customer service team across Malaysia and Singapore
- Ensure efficient order processing, invoicing accuracy, and complaint resolution workflows
- Identify and implement process improvements for customer service operations
- Manage SAP system integration for customer service data and workflows
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance teams for seamless stakeholder management
- Monitor KPIs and team performance metrics
- Develop and maintain customer service policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in customer service management, preferably in manufacturing
- Proven experience with SAP or ERP systems implementation
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities
- Process optimization and problem-solving expertise
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
