MAXKOH MALAYSIA EMPIRE is currently seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Selayang, Selangor. As the first point of contact for our valued clientele, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation for excellence by providing clear, empathetic, and efficient support.

In this role, you will handle inbound inquiries, resolve concerns with patience, and ensure that every customer feels heard and supported. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat platforms with professionalism.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies in Mandarin.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our internal CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex technical or billing issues.
  • Continuously stay updated on product knowledge to provide informed assistance to clients.
  • Meet and exceed daily KPIs related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field.
  • Full professional proficiency in Mandarin (verbal and written) is mandatory for this role.
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia is a significant advantage.
  • Proven experience in a customer service, call center, or retail support role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based chat platforms.
  • Willingness to work in Selayang, Selangor.
