MAXKOH MALAYSIA EMPIRE is currently seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Selayang, Selangor. As the first point of contact for our valued clientele, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation for excellence by providing clear, empathetic, and efficient support.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat platforms with professionalism.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies in Mandarin.
- Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our internal CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex technical or billing issues.
- Continuously stay updated on product knowledge to provide informed assistance to clients.
- Meet and exceed daily KPIs related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field.
- Full professional proficiency in Mandarin (verbal and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia is a significant advantage.
- Proven experience in a customer service, call center, or retail support role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based chat platforms.
- Willingness to work in Selayang, Selangor.
