Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels with professionalism and accuracy
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels
- Process transactions, orders, and service requests according to company protocols
- Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed case records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex customer escalations
- Meet performance metrics including response times, resolution rates, and quality scores
- Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; relevant degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Fluency in additional languages (Mandarin/Malay) is advantageous
