Rock Productions is seeking a dynamic and proactive Customer Service Officer to join our team in the West Region. In this role, you will be the face of our organization, serving as the primary point of contact for shoppers and retailers alike.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every visitor to our mall has a seamless and memorable experience. Beyond managing inquiries, you will act as a brand ambassador, actively promoting our latest mall programs, festive events, and retail promotions. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional and friendly assistance to shoppers regarding mall services, amenities, and event information.
- Handle all customer feedback, complaints, and inquiries with empathy and efficiency to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with retail tenants to communicate upcoming mall events, promotional campaigns, and operational updates.
- Actively promote mall loyalty programs and seasonal initiatives to drive foot traffic and retailer engagement.
- Maintain a high standard of front-of-house operations at the customer service counter.
- Prepare concise reports on daily customer feedback and operational incidents for management review.
- Support the marketing team in executing on-ground activations and festive displays.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail management, or front-desk operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage people from all walks of life.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for basic reporting tasks.
- Ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized, energetic, and a proactive team player.
