Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interaction with professionalism and care.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
- Assist in general administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly, following established company policies.
- Provide detailed information about products or services to prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the management team to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and friendly attitude.
- Proficiency in basic office software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Highly organized, reliable, and capable of multi-tasking under pressure.
