Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage high-volume inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Provide comprehensive support by resolving customer complaints and providing clear, effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requests and service orders.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Stay updated on U-Bix product and service offerings to provide precise information to clients.
  • Follow established standard operating procedures to maintain high quality-of-service standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to de-escalate difficult situations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on client retention and satisfaction.
