Tanggung Jawab
- Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms professionally.
- Host and facilitate LIVE selling sessions to showcase products and engage with the audience.
- Create and curate engaging social media content to boost brand awareness.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing product information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align customer communication with current sales campaigns.
- Process orders and handle administrative documentation related to sales activities.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful recommendations to customers.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior customer service or retail experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English, Malay, and/or Mandarin (for multi-lingual customer support).
- Comfortable and confident appearing on camera for LIVE broadcasts.
- Active user of social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram).
- Passionate about delivering excellent service and building customer relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute to a team-oriented environment.
- Possess a positive attitude, patience, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
