Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels
- Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining high satisfaction standards
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems for quality tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer needs
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance service delivery
- Meet key performance metrics including resolution times and CSAT scores
- Provide product knowledge support to customers
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during escalations
- Positive attitude with genuine passion for helping customers
- Fluency in English with clear articulation
