We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our team in Kampong Ubi.
In this role, you will be the face and voice of our brand, serving as the primary point of contact for our valued customers. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation for excellence by coordinating support inquiries, managing service appointments, and ensuring that every customer’s experience is smooth and efficient. Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat regarding product information and service status.
- Coordinate and schedule repair and maintenance appointments for mobility devices.
- Provide updates to customers on the progress of their after-sales service and repair requests.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide guidance on product usage to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the technical and warehouse teams to ensure seamless service fulfillment.
- Identify recurring customer feedback trends to help improve our overall service processes.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, helpdesk, or retail support roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written); proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- A passion for mobility products and a willingness to learn technical details.
- Proficient in basic computer software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Prior experience in the mobility, bicycle, or e-scooter industry is highly advantageous.
