Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Provide accurate information about real estate services, properties, and company policies
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer service quality and response times
  • Stay updated on industry trends, company products, and service offerings
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent with relevant customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Pleasant personality with patience and empathy in handling customer concerns
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Previous experience in real estate or property management is an advantage
  • Must be willing to work on rotational shifts if required
