Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high volumes of incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure service consistency.
- Collaborate with internal departments to troubleshoot technical issues or shipping/billing discrepancies.
- Continuously update your knowledge of product/service changes to provide the most accurate support.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, 'A' Levels, or Diploma in any discipline.
- Proven experience in a customer service, call center, or retail environment is highly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult conversations with patience.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
