Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, 'A' Levels, or Diploma in any discipline.
  • Proven experience in a customer service, call center, or retail environment is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult conversations with patience.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
