Tanggung Jawab
- Provide responsive customer support via phone, email, and chat for digital top-up platforms
- Monitor order processing and delivery status to ensure timely fulfillment
- Resolve customer issues related to transactions, account access, and platform functionality
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate case records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and implement solutions
- Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution
- Stay updated on product features and service protocols to deliver accurate information
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent with relevant customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in using digital platforms and CRM software
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in call center or e-commerce customer support preferred
