Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with prompt professionalism
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining service quality standards
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer needs
- Identify opportunities to enhance service processes and customer experience
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and service improvements
- Meet or exceed key performance metrics including resolution time and satisfaction scores
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
