We are offering a competitive monthly salary of up to $3,000, plus an additional 1.5 month yearly performance bonus for exceptional performance. This 12-month contract position is based at City Hall in the Central Region, providing you with the opportunity to work on an important government project.
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for citizens seeking assistance with government services. Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or government setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations calmly
- Proficiency with computer systems and customer service software
- Good organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
