Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Process orders, applications, and requests accurately according to company procedures
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
- Identify opportunities for service improvements and provide feedback to management
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in any field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Fluency in English and at least one other language is preferred
