Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage high volumes of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate information regarding company products, services, and policies to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify service improvements and process efficiencies.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance KPIs related to response time and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment by sharing best practices and supporting team members.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, Diploma, or equivalent professional certification.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, call center, or retail environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in basic computer software (MS Office, CRM tools, or helpdesk platforms).
  • Strong empathy, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a full-time capacity with a flexible schedule.
