Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer service hotline calls and provide professional, first-level support.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive tone.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies to clients.
- Document all customer interactions and updates in the CRM system accurately.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or technical team.
- Assist in the process of customer account maintenance and verification.
- Contribute to team meetings to improve service standards and share best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in any field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is highly preferred.
- High level of patience, empathy, and professionalism.
