Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide first-class customer support via phone, email, chat, and social media channels, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Accurately diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer problems related to Netciti Persada's products and services.
  • Educate customers on product features, service offerings, and billing information, ensuring clarity and understanding.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate effectively with technical support, sales, and other internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to customer service processes and product offerings based on customer feedback.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge and best practices.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a customer service, call center, or client support role, preferably within the telecommunications or tech industry.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a logical and calm approach to customer challenges.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and other customer service tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to assist customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
