As a Customer Service Officer, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the public. Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries from members of the public in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding services, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist customers with form submissions, applications, and service requests.
  • Log and escalate feedback or complaints to relevant departments for resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and suggest enhancements.
  • Adhere to service standards and turnaround times.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call centre or front-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (ability to speak a second language is an advantage).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with empathy.
  • Detail-oriented with good organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Singaporean / PR preferred.
