Join PERSOL as a Customer Service Officer at a vibrant Bowling Centre in the East Region. We are looking for a dedicated professional to oversee daily operations and ensure a fantastic experience for our bowlers. In this role, you will manage cashier duties, handle payments, and maintain accurate bowler records. You will also assist with inventory management and support the smooth running of the facility. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of the Bowling Centre to ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage cashier duties, process payments, and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain and update bowler records, membership details, and customer profiles.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and daily stock counts.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors, members, and guests.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Support shift operations and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or retail operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and Point of Sale (POS) software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shift schedules.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in handling financial transactions.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
